Last week we did a activity called Me In A Minute. We did running Distance around the oval,sit ups, push ups, skips, train track jumps, basketball hoops from the free line, tennis balls in the target, bouncing tennis balls on a racket, balancing on left and right legs, squats, burpees and ski squats. We did each thing in a minute.
After we did our me in a minute we had to write 3 goals to improve next time. These are my goals
– I will do half an hour a week of shooting basketball hoops a week because I got 0 on the first day we did Me In A Minute
– I will do 1 minute a day of practicing tennis balls in the target because I got only 15
– I will do 5 minutes a day of burpees because I got only 10

My favourite activity was the skipping because it was the easiest for me and I always love to do it.
